There are no refunds or exchanges after 7 days.

All refunds or exchanges must have the original receipt.

There is a 15% restocking fee on ALL exchanges and/or returns.

There are no refunds or exchanges whatsoever on any electrical item including, but not limited to, AC central equipment, compressors,motors, ductless units etc.

Ductless units (10 & 13 SEER) carry a warranty for 90 days with original receipt. All warranty claims are subject to an AC DepotService department diagnosis and warranty questionnaire. Additional fees may apply.

There is no warranty whatsoever on ductless inverter units unless installed by an AC Depot dealer.

There are no returns on mailboat orders/deliveries. All sales are final.

All quotes are valid for 7 days only.Items subject to availability.

Delivery Policy - The Air Conditioning Depot only delivers to the mailboat not the final customer. The cost of the mailboat shipment is the responsibility of the customer. We have a mailboat liability waiver form that all customers must sign releasing the Air Conditioning Depot from any liability associated with delivering to a mailboat.
